OUR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our program blends ten participatory non-lecture sessions into your corporate activities over a ten-week period. The individualized ACTION PLAN integrates the personal goals of your team members with your corporate objectives.
We also provide three follow-up Evaluation Sessions (at one, four, and ten months after the program) to assess team progress toward corporate goals and address problems and needed adjustments.
